Compost garden and kitchen waste -
get a compost bin and start making compost. Its easy. Add grass cuttings,
vegetable peelings and other vegetable matter from the kitchen (never
meat) and you'll end up with compost!
Some local authorities offer free or cut price compost bins. |
| Save water. Find out who your local water company is (Ask your
parents who they pay their water rates to) then look up on the internet
and see if they have any water saving devices on offer. A lot of
companies are offering free water savers |
